3.5 star rating for the ambience of the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful but it does matter where you are seated, as the vibe doesn’t flow through the entire second floor. Although, The servers were exceptional, The food was a solid 2. The food was not as to be expected or as recommended. The dim sum which is usually freshly steamed to perfection were not homemade and If they were the recipe needs to be enhanced. The edamame was okay. The sushi presentation was delightful but the veggie spread wasn’t to enticing for me to make a return. I was expecting much more as this was recommended by a friend. I must say above all! The soup was very tasty and delightful! A must try for sure! Kimchi-Suppe was the topic of the night! Would always prefer more and more kimchi but it was great!

A wonderful Restaurant with a great atmosphere, kind personal and also yummy menu.

But i was not so satisfied and dissapointed with the service.

We had to move our seat while we ate and had to wait quite long for our meals.

Unfortunately that was not so good experience.

I hope that the service would be better next time :).

This is one of my go to restaurants when I’m in Nürnberg. I have never been disappointed. From the service to atmosphere is one thing, but the presentation and taste of the food is amazing.

The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The use of colours in defor and lighting was done really well. The food was excellent. Very fresh, colourful and offered balanced flavours. I highly recommend this place for all occasions. For me, a frequent traveler, I m always looking for a meal where my body thanks me after I'm done.

I had the Chef's Special plate. It was a little expensive but was completely worth it. Cocoon is the best sushi in Nuremburg and is a great destination for dinner and drinks. It's location is convenient and is close to the train station.

Super good food... a higher twist on many Asian/Japanese dishes.
