Amazing hotel with friendly staff! Excellent breakfast and close to the city center. Details like free minibar, parking option (paid), and attention to details like small easter gifs also great. Exceeded all expectations.

We stayed on the 28th May. The bedroom was very nice, though without a view as stated on the Booking website. The breakfast was excellent. However, the front desk receptionist was relatively unfriendly during the check in. I made the booking and gave her my ID. On my ID the photo is a few years old. She saw it and without even controlling my birth date she said in front of my partner if I’m staying with my parents. I told her I’m staying with my partner, it was my birthday on that day and she should control again the birth date which is 1997. She completely ignored me and proceeded to delete my name off the booking and insisted on changing it to my partners name. It would very kind of your employees to check the birth date of someone and not the photo before they offense someone in front of other people and not apologising after realising they made a mistake. Thank you.

The bed is totally uncomfortable, and the sheets are not soft.the interior design is old-fashioned . There is no electric kettle for making instant coffee or tea in the rooms. If you need a hot beverage, you should bother to put on your clothes and go to the lobby and make a cup of tea in paper cups, not even porcelain cups ! It doesn't look like a 4-star hotel. I don't recommend it

Very nice hotel with a tasty breakfast. This is my first time I stayed in the Novina Hotel and for the next time this will be again my choice.
The hotel is near the Wöhrder See which is a nice lake for jogging or having a walk.

Brilliant hotel. The hotel's staff treat the guests with empathy and care. The breakfast is great. The covid measurements are heavily observed which I particularlly like it. The rooom was spacious and the shower was superb. They have very well secured car park. Both with my husband enjoyed the whole experience and will come to visit this place again.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room and nice view ????. This my second stay in this hotel and will be my first choice in my next journey in nuremberg.

I do not give five stars often. This place definitely deserve it.
Brand new. A big room, at least for a single person. Minibar free and a bottle of water for free everyday.
Breakfast included in the rate ( the only one in the area) and still the cheapest rate for the weekend.
Choice for breakfast was wide. Even customized omelette made on demand.
