Wollte über Amazon bestellen, hat leider nicht funktioniert, so habe ich einfach im Shop angerufen. Sowas von freundlich, bemüht, hilfsbereit und schnell habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Ich konnte die Bestellung telefonisch aufgeben und jetzt kommt‘s: der Luftballon ist gerade eingetroffen-sieht super aus und ich muss nichts bezahlen!!!!! Der Shop-Besitzer meinte, dass ich genug Umstände hatte….was soll ich da noch sagen, außer: „BITTE VOR DEN VORHANG“ und DANKE!
