Live review: I am writing this while I am sitting in the restaurant from this hotel. Rooms are good, food is excellent. Reception was super friendly, waiters in the restaurant are funny and quick enough. There is nice Palm beach Therme near this hotel for complete day especially when weather is bad. Overall very good until now. :)

Super Hotel, Staff very friendly, Rooms clean and tidy, was not what I expected for the price. An absolute must for anyone traveling to Nürnberg for a short stay. Not the best walker, S Bahn only 10 minutes from Hotel. Evening Buffet was very good, and Breakfast, everything you could wish for.
Next time I travel to Nürnberg will definately stay again.

Because of the lovely gentleman on reception called Maestre, I had a wonderful experience. I had forgotten to buy a disposable razor at the supermarket after 8pm - I went down to reception and Maestre gave me a handful of razors. Saved the day, as I had a meeting the next meeting. Maestre is a huge credit to the hotel and I will definitely be coming again! Good job Maestre! From room 131.

Amazing service! Buffet breakfast with extensive selection of local and international products. Nice bar with live music and cosy atmosphere.

This hotel said 4 stars, but it is no more than two. It was advertised they had air conditioning, but no all rooms did. Upon asking for a fan, they said they had none. I went to buy a fan to ventilate the room because it was so warm. The room had no fridge, no microwave, no safe, no coffee pot. Nothing. The room was so small a table and two chairs were shoved in the corner and completely inaccessible. This hotel by their own standards is advertised as first class, but felt more like economy. It was uncomfortable and uncomfortable, and uncomfortable. I will definitely not be staying here again, and you can find a better place for the price they charge here. Look elsewhere.

It looks nicer on the outside than it does in the inside. The rooms are basic but functional. The sauna area is very small. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice but it's badly managed. Their isn't enough room to move around when it's busy.

Brilliant. I can recommend to everyone. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast delicious. The hotel staff are very polite and flexible.
