The private balcony is great in summer and the bathroom is okay too. Everything is modern and stylish. Price-performance ratio is fair for the ambience and location.

The location is great for exploring the city center from the hotel. Central station and links to local public transport are also around the corner. However, this also has a disadvantage: you can hear the traffic a little at night despite the windows closed. Sleeping with the windows open is therefore not advisable and there is no air conditioning. It was a bit too warm for us at night in summer.

We weren't so happy with the check-in service. This is done via the reception at the Gideon Hotel. This is basically okay, as the Gideon Hotel is very close. But the receptionist seemed a little confused. First she said that our room was only booked for three, instead of the four nights we wanted, then it turned out that she had forgotten some information about the booked patio and the WiFi password that we got from her was actually not the right one for our apartment. Everything was cleared up and we still had a nice stay. Nevertheless, so many little things at once are of course not so nice.

So we deduct one star mainly because of the somewhat unfortunate check-in. But we would come back anyway. The apartments themselves are great and that is ultimately the main thing.

Würde ich nur das Apartment bewerten, würde ich 5 Sterne geben. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist geräumig und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls groß genug und ansprechend. Der eigene Balkon ist im Sommer super und das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls okay. Alles ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung ist für das Ambiente und die Lage fair.

Die Lage ist super, um vom Hotel aus die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Hauptbahnhof und Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind ebenfalls um die Ecke. Das hat allerdings auch einen Nachteil: man hört nachts den Verkehr trotz geschlossener Fenster ein wenig. Mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen ist dem entsprechend nicht ratsam und eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Uns war es nachts im Sommer etwas zu warm.

Nicht so glücklich waren wir mit dem Service beim Check-in. Dieser erfolgt über die Rezeption im Gideon Hotel. Das ist im Prinzip okay, da das Gideon Hotel sehr nah ist. Aber die Dame am Empfang schien etwas verwirrt. Erst sagte sie, unser Zimmer sei nur drei, statt der gewünschten vier Nächte, gebucht, dann stellte sich raus, dass sie ein paar Infos zum gebuchten Patkplatz vergessen hatte und das W-lan Passwort, welches wir von ihr bekamen, war eigentlich auch nicht das richtige, für unser Apartment. Es hat sich alles klären lassen und wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Trotzdem sind so viele Kleinigkeiten auf einmal natürlich nicht so schön.

Den einen Stern ziehen wir also vor allem wegen dem etwas unglücklichen Check-in ab. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen. Die Apartments selbst sind klasse und das ist ja letztlich die Hauptsache.

Eine Top-Adresse. Kleine und größere sehr schick eingerichtete Apartments mit einem perfekten vegetarischen Frühstksbuffet. Dieses Hotel sucht seinesgleichen im Umkreis von sicherlich vielen Kilometer. Absolut zu empfehlen und außerhalb von Messezeiten nicht teurer als jedes andere, jedoch viel schlechtere Hotel. Hervorzuheben ist auch die zentrale Lage, die trotz allem zumindest abends ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten bietet.
