Probably the best place to eat warm, actual food (not fast food like döner/hamburger/pizza/etc) in the bahnhof, I've eaten their delicious schnitzels and mashed potatoes dozens of times. 4/5 stars because of high prices, otherwise I'd have eaten here every day.

Was mich sehr stört, man bekommt nie einen Beleg, weder am Imbiss für Mitnahmespeisen, noch bei Fleisch- und Wurstwaren. Bei anderen Metzgern kommt der Beleg automatisch in die Verpackung. Auf Verlangen erhielt ich einen Beleg über die Gesamtsumme. Das ist sehr ungewöhnlich, darauf ersehe ich weder Gewicht noch Einzelpreise.

Als ich heute an der Reihe war wurde weder zunächst einmal hallo gesagt, nach der Bestellung wurde mir der Preis nicht genannt, weshalb ich einfach einen 20-Euro-Schein übergab, und am Ende wurde dann auch noch nicht einmal mehr tschüss gesagt. Für den Service-Bereich ist das leider absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit diesem Service und werde die Metzgerei als eigentlicher "Neukunde" seit wenigen Tagen direkt wieder wechseln. Das geht doch im Service-Bereich so einfach nicht!
