The shop is on the ground floor of the Mercado Center, quite hidden at the front rear exit and I had never noticed it before.

I was right on time and received a very friendly welcome, but had to wait a quarter of an hour. There were only 2 of actually 3 employees on site, but they had the shop under control without appearing stressed.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei super Cut, nachdem ein Haarschnitt dringend nötig war. Die Umkreissuche auf Google Maps brachte mich auf das Geschäft.

Termin am Vormittag für mittags online gebucht, unkompliziert und prompt!
Der Laden liegt im EG des Mercado Centers ziemlich versteckt am vorderen Hinterausgang und war mir bis dato noch nie aufgefallen.

Ich war genau pünktlich und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, aber musste eine Viertel Stunde warten. Es waren nur 2 von eigentlich 3 Mitarbeitern vor Ort, die jedoch ohne gestresst zu wirken, den Laden voll im Griff hatten.

Bedient wurde ich von einem Herrn mittleren Alters, sympathisch, freundlich und absolut professionell.
Kurz Wünsche besprochen und kompetent beraten worden.
Handwerklich hervorragend und wirklich zügig mit neuer Frisur beglückt!

Bin nach einem missglückten Selbstfärbeversuch hin und bin (obwohl eigentlich keine Zeit da war) spontan dran gekommen. Ich musste zwischendurch nicht mal warten, da er einfach immer wieder zwischen seinem Kunden und mir hin und her geswitcht ist. Eigentlich ist das gar nicht aufgefallen.
