Great location. Staff helpful. Breakfast excellent. Great view. Room not so clean-my 6 year old son found a sewing needle and a screw on the floor and carpet and wall had stains. Bed was not comfortable. Indoor pool is more for adults than kids because it is 5ft deep all over, but it was clean with great facilities. I would consider going back for the location and breakfast. Parking costs 19 euros.

When we stayed our room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs even stayed open a little past closing for my wife, a friend and I to have a few drinks. Bartender knew his stuff and was a joy to talk with. Close to attractions and easy walking to everything including a nearby parking garage!

The superior room was very large for a European hotel room. The pool was nice for a January visit. €20/day for parking, but also right next to train station if you come by train. Rates were great for the value provided. Ballroom was a good venue for an event with over 300 people. Staff were friendly and several languages spoken besides English and German.

Great location near the train station and convenient thoroughfare into the walled city. Staff is friendly and polite. Rooms are decent and clean. The breakfast buffet covers a lot of diets and has plenty of choices for all. It’s a busy hotel with conferences and travelers. Recommend staying and enjoying the sights.

Room was a little dated, but the service was outstanding. This was our 4th event at this hotel and the customer service we received during check in, while in our room, at the event and at breakfast the next morning were above and beyond. We wanted for nothing as there was always someone asking how they could help and if we needed anything else! Thank you for a memorable experience:)

The hotel is situated immediately opposite the old town walls and is therefore within easy walking distance of the main tourist sites, bars, restaurants etc. The main railway station is just a couple of minutes walk away. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room and en suite were a good size and were spotlessly clean. The choice of food at the buffet breakfast was excellent (although the "soft boiled" eggs were hard each morning). Just one criticism - there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Apart from that the stay was most enjoyable.

Nothing bad I can say about this place! The location was great, staff friendly and nice room. We also visted the piano bar really good selection of cocktail drinks (I have a new favorite drink the 'lillet wild berry'). And the restraunt is amazing!! Everything we got on our plates was so good, sometimes the sides outshone the main!!
