No problem, I was able to repair it quickly (a working old part was still available). Unfortunately, after contacting the support I did not get a replacement or "compensation" for my troubles, but the friendly information that my "repair" voided any warranty claims.
Yes, I could have sent back the "revised defective brewing unit", wait another 2 weeks for my coffee machine - that wasn't a solution for me. Too bad that nothing worked out of goodwill!

Die Bestellungsabwicklung über den Webshop war top, geliefert wurde schnell - ausgezeichnet!
Aber:
Nur 1 Stern, da die gelieferte "revidierte Brüheinheit" für meine Z5 defekt war - nach dem Einbau bekam ich "Error 8" angezeigt. Die Prüfung durch mich ergab, daß der untere Kolben nicht fest mit der Schiebestange verbunden war - ergo defekt war.
Kein Problem, konnte ich schnell reparieren (ein funktionierendes Altteil war ja noch vorhanden). Nach Kontakt mit dem Support bekam ich leider keinen Ersatz oder eine "Entschädigung" für meine Mühen, sondern den freundlichen Hinweis, daß durch meine "Reparatur" jegliche Garantieansprüche erloschen seien.
Ja, ich hätte die "revidierte defekte Brüheinheit" zurückschicken können, noch 2 Wochen auf meine Kaffeemaschine warten - das war keine Lösung für mich. Schade, daß aus Kulanz nichts ging!
