Location is good, but there are roadworks and there was a quite a challenge to get to the parking. We did not have the bath gel and shampoo added to the dispenser during the whole stay. Out of three elevators only one worked which was a big inconvenience, especially with luggage. One we had to wait for 10 minutes. The AC in the room did not work, despite the extreme heat outside.

A nice hotel close to the main railway station in the centre of Nurnemburg. When we visited there were roadworks outside which meant the trams were not passing the front door. Also we had a problem with towels which were not available when we arrived. We had dinner which was very nice and breakfast which was also good. The bedroom was quiet with the windows shut.

Got stuck in Nuremberg because of delayed train. Stayed here for the night. Very nice stay and helpful staff. Loved a king size bed in Europe for a night.
One star off only because the AC was either not turned on to the building yet or didn't exist in the room. It was pretty hot in the room and opening the window was hard because traffic was rather loud when it drove by.

I'm giving 5 stars because the man staff(maybe manager that section)in Breakfast area was super nice, and was perfect and fresh menu's were there????

But the Desk man staff in the night with nose ring was super uncomfortable. He asked us "Das oder WAS?" as we always using only NH Hotel in Germany, usually they not using so aggressive and rude to the guest. We were there around 1:30 am, so we needed to sleep but he gave us the end of room so we needed to walk so long time to find our room even not so many guest were there at that day. And also he didn't note or didn't care what ever,

Next day cleaning women open our door with her's master card at "8:00am". So we couldn't slept well from hers destroyed our sleep. And she didn't say even sorry. And again she or anther women opened our door at 10:00 am again without say any sorry. Was Katastrophe.

But at least next day morning man staff at the desk was nice and he gave us 2 chocolate was so cute!

Overall the Breakfast area is perfect, compared with another hotel and the staff of Breakfast area section made us covered every happening there :)

Huge, so a very good option if your group is large.

Rooms are what you can expect from NH: comfortable and decorated with a great taste, without unnecessary luxuries.

Breakfast was ok but without many options, probably because of the pandemic. But having 4 different types of oil and non of them being olive is something hardly understandable for a Spanish brand.

Come on, NH, you can do better than that.
