It's an old property that offers rooms with reasonable prices. And even tho the facility might benefit from renovations, the family that runs the business is absolutely lovely. I don't speak German but the staff speaks hospitality. The best feeling of care provided by the family members during my stay is my takeaway from the stay.

Decent rooms, clean and nice. Confy beds. But the breakfast is not at all what you would expect. Needs a lot of improvement. Not enough places to eat, bad organised, egs not good cooked, nutella from a big jar with one or to spoons for all. So overall everything was super nice except a big no for the breakfast.

The hotel was a nice surprise spotless clean new furniture new carpet good shower friendly staff very good breakfast. Down side 3 flight of stairs outside appearance no air conditioning

This is right at the heart of Regensburg city altstadt. We arrived preety late around 2 am because our flight was late. But the woman was so kind to let us in and wede very helpful. The breakfast was also awesome.

Lovely hotel, the owner is amazing.
There are alot of steps to get to reception, but it is with the climb.
5 mins walk from the main train and underground station

We were in the city for a business trip and chose it for the fantastic location close to the main station. The staff, especially the older lady, were wonderful and super friendly. The breakfast was huge and definitely more than we could eat. The rooms were spotless and the wifi was fast. This wasn't a soulless hotel chain - it was really charming! We would definitely stay here again!

Best breakfast but just an old hotel. The old lady is really welcoming and nice, and it has no kettle but you can ask for hot water. If you are sensitive to smoking(this is non smoking but maybe from outside u smell it) and noise, maybe better to book somewhere else, but if you wake up and have a breakfast there, especially in Christmas period, then you will be happy only with that. The steps are really realy steep.
