I stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip. The room was a bit overpriced, but I believe due to the conference taking place at the time. The room check in process is very smart, I foresee that it might be confusing for some people, but I was able to get around it relatively quick. Everything from check in to check out is managed by an app through the phone. The room itself was very clean, spacious and quiet. It is equipped with a smart heating and cooling system where the Climate conditions of the room, kitchen area, bathroom can be controlled separately. The lighting and rolled windows can be controlled by an iPad in the room. The kitchen was equipped with everything, I didn't cook there, but I had very delicious coffee in the morning using their Bosch machine. The place is located 1 Station away from main station by metro or around 15-20 mins walking. If i visit Nuremberg again, I think I would stay there again!

Good, but a bit complicated
Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable. Lots of useful stuff. Plenty of different dishes. Kettle, coffee maker. Comfortable bed.
Very noisy air conditioner (No. 302). Only 2 coffee capsules for 2 people for 2 days. The application is buggy, German is set by default, you can change the language only after registration. The wifi in the lobby didn't connect, so have your own internet.

Apartment had everything, kitchen tv, bath tub. Only flip side is there is no reception and it is too smart for most visitors. Read the mail carefully before coming as door opening is through wifi/Internet

I stayed for 6 weeks here, first of all there is no service. No mailbox for individual apartment. No reception,if you have query you have to call/ e-mail for everything. Not a good customer service.

We were looking for a hotel with underground parking (we were aware that the parking spaces could be occupied as reservations were not possible). As soon as we booked, we received the message that the underground car park is currently closed for renovation.
We asked the hotel for a free cancellation as this information was not mentioned on the website.
We didn't get any of our money back!
In addition, the hotel requires a deposit of 1000 euros. Pretty much...
That's not what customer friendliness looks like and we will definitely never book this hotel again.

Wir suchten ein Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage (uns war bewusst, dass die Parkplätze besetzt sein könnten, da keine Reservierung möglich war). Kaum gebucht, erhielten wir die Nachricht, dass die Tiefgarage zurzeit wegen Umbau geschlossen ist.
Wir baten das Hotel um eine kostenlose Stornierung, da diese Information auf der Internetseite nicht erwähnt wurde.
Wir bekamen nichts von unserem Geld zurück!
Zusätzlich verlangt das Hotel eine Kaution von 1000 Euro. Ziemlich viel…
So sieht keine Kundenfreundlichkeit aus und wir werden bestimmt nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
