Near the conference center but much nicer to stay downtown. Rooms small and bad AC if you are going in the summer. Breakfast buffet is pretty good bit no other good amenities.

The AC didn’t work on any of the 3 rooms we rented (floors 2, 3, 4) even the multiple times we reported to different managers and frontdesk assistance.
The worst part was that we were told that it was working fine, and we were suggested to open the window, which we did because we had no more option, but it just didn’t cool the room, it let secondhand cigarette smoke in.
At some point we were invited to leave the hotel if we were not satisfied, knowing that everything was booked in town.
It is really shameful that you dare to advertise a room with AC as you mention in your website, when you are not delivering it. What you are doing is call False Advertising.

We are a family with 4 children and a German Shepard who stopped by en route to London. We absolutely loved this place, as the hotel had an excellent service, located next to the huge park and not far from the restaurant with street food etc..

OK hotel, looks a bit tired and needs referb. Supposedly 4 stars but does not feel it. Quiet area, 10 mins to U-Bahn.

The room was good. Very good bed. Bathtub in bathroom. Very quit room. Breakfast is above average.
Sometimes a long wait at the coffee machine. A pot with brewed coffee is available though.

Close to the conference but the bedrooms does not have airco working, the restaurant is good option, the hamburger it's really good

They ask for a vaccination certificate, but don't verify.

Quiet room. Tv remote is in a paper bag but there's dust in the corners, and the door to the hallway had gaps on both sides. The hair dryer was broken and sticky. On check-out, I wasn't the only one complaining about the cleanliness.

They give you your water bottle and a little soap bag upon check-in, when most people have their hands full with bags or suitcases. The hygiene concept feels more like theatre than really being useful.

Breakfast was fine. A nice selection and enough room to keep distances (though I went very early).

A bit disappointing for business rate.
