I got very upset as i hopped on the train and realised my entire order is wrong. I do not eat Bacon, i am Muslim. I ordered ordinary whopper with cheese, i got so disappointed when saw Bacon in it!! I asked for ketchup, i got mayonnaise, i also ordered a standard beef mac and cheese, i got a beef double instead! This is so unacceptable! The entire order is wrong, and apparently i wasn't the only one, the person infront of me was complaining because he did not get his salad, he spoke english and they were very arrogant towards him! Customer service is so unprofessional, this place should absolutely shut down! Don't waste your time and money!

I made a simple order. It took the staff more than 10 minutes to deliver me food that was not my order. I had to wait 5 more minutes to get the actual order and almost missed my train. The non-friendliness of the staff did not help at all.

The staff was grumpy and even started to quarrel with eachother behind the counter. They waited some 20 nominees before they picked up my burger and served me. They didn't ask me what I wanted to drink but just assumed I wanted a large coke.

The place is not very pretty. It’s ok but it’s a typical fast food atmosphere in a bad way. I had the plant based big king XXL. The Burger patty was fine, the rest of the burger not, it was very big though. My penguin friend was not enthusiastic either. ????

Possibly the worst fast food place I've ever seen? Ordered cheesy onion fries that were served with jalapeños instead of onions (got to pay €1 extra for the toppings and then got the wrong ingredient).

Wrong order aside, the place is disgusting. Floor is sticky and the tables dirty, plus the lights are flickering. Grim vibe.

In summer it is always super hot and stuffy inside, not sure what the air vents /aircon is for, seems to not be uses. Staff is unfriendly, even for Germany.
