We rented 3 rooms (a double and two of the singles) for 3 nights and could not have been happier. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is quiet and in a charming plaza with easy walking access to everything. We had breakfast all three mornings, and that was also very good. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The location is wonderful. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The lady in the front desk took time to show me how to take a walking tour from hotel. It was highly appreciated. My room was cosy, very clean and have a nice view. The bed was comfortable with good bedding. Parking located one block away ( costs 15 €/day) is a great convenient.

We specifically chose this hotel because they have air conditioning-just make sure to ask for an individual unit. Google also says the breakfast is free and it is 14.5.

Unfortunately no customer service, no flexibility or accommodation. Be careful when selecting the cancellation policy because you will not be allowed to cancel due to rising record Covid cases nor will you be allowed to rebook for later time. All cancellation charges apply no matter what.

Very clean and cozy hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped us a lot!
Room was clean, quite and well stuffed.
Breakfast here is a buffet with good variety of different meals. And by the cost it is definitely the best option among all other cafes.

Nice boutique hotel that's located next to the canal. This is a perfect location for a short walk to catch the morning days as it peaks over buildings. I cannot stress enough to get the included breakfast. It is FANTASTIC. Rooms are not large but there is still walking space around the bed. Bathrooms are a good size. My only complaint is nothing that can be fixed. This old building doesn't have central air conditioning but they include a portable AC unit that blows hot air out the window. Unfortunately, it's not a perfect fit. Common areas are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would come back.

Quite good Hotel with nice, clean rooms but a little uncomfortable to access by public transport due to its location in the historic center of Nürnberg (you have to tow your case over cobblestone roads). Breakfast is good but with smaller variety than other places offer. What bothered me was a construction site next to my room. Bathroom windows couldn't be covered completely thus the interior was visible from the outside. Some frosted foil would have done the trick. Please note that you have to access reception and all rooms by staircase.
