What a pleasent surprise.
To be honest I wanted to leave the hotel and find an other when I opened the door to my room. Found the decor tacky and lacking, but after a good nights sleep everything was much better.
Spend four nights at this hotel and I got what I paid for and more. Borrowed bikes for free and rode round the city.
Every interaction with the staff was very very good. Everyone was incredible nice and there were smiles all around.
Had the shower been bigger and the room equipped with a safe this would have been a five star review. But all in all that was the only thing missing during this stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel close to a central station and close to a city center. All went well. Comfortable bed, white bedsheets, welcoming free water or beer in a room. You get a list with different hotel perks, you can even get overnight shoes cleaning. I didn’t try that :) Tasty breakfast and very friendly service. It was a bit loud from the outside street, but you get free earplugs if you need :)

Very nice hotel, free beverages in rooms, free parking, 24 hrs coffee machine for free, free rental bikes, free gym(not very good but a lot of towels and free drinks) and all kind of awesome gestures.
The breakfast was good not the best I experienced but not bad.
The only real bad thing I can say on this lovely hotel is that there is no elevator, and no air conditioner.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in for business. The room I was allocated led onto a public terrace with seating where guests would come to smoke from early morning until late evening. This meant that my hotel room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke any time someone was sat outside my room (it was too hot to close the window as the rooms do not have air conditioning). It also meant that I had to keep my curtains closed at all times for any privacy.

I tried to address this issue after one night with staff at the hotel, but was told nothing could be done and I could not change room. I complained again on checking out and was met with a shoulder shrug and no apology.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms and breakfast totally ok. Will come back! The city is gorgeous!

Judging by the parameters of a 3 star hotel, this place had not a single fault during my stay.
The location is very good, close to the main train station and bus station as well.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious enough and clean with all the amenities you really need, as well as a complimentary bottle of sparkling water and a beer in the minibar.
Breakfast is regular and not special but you can definitely find something for everyone.
When you check out,you also get sweets for your journey, and they actually offered me to take more! Very generous.
Pro tip: live your Lufthansa Miles and More number at the desk and get free extra miles!
Much recommended.
