Of course we served the oven roasted crispy pork shoulder, it was amazing. We also had the grilled Nuremberg sausages with asparagus and the asparagus cream soup. All the food was tasty, good portions with quality ingredients.
We also enjoyed the sparkling wine with ginger liqueur. For dessert I had the marzipan mousse.

Friendly staff with large food portions. The pork shoulder was crispy and flavorful. Don’t miss this restaurant if you want to try authentic Bavarian food!

One of the Top 3 German restaurants we’ve been to yet! Friendly service and tasty dishes! Their salad had absolutely delicious dressing and the goose was cooked crispy. Their steak was also grilled just right.

Very tasty, nice ambiance and good prices! I went there to have a late lunch / early dinner because they were fully booked in the evening due to a fair, so I was quite hungry ????. So I started with the famous schäufele, which I paired with a rotbier. Then I tried the käsespätzle - which has been one of the best I've ever tried! - and paired it with a hell beer ofc. Everything is totally recommended!

Love this type of tiny traditional gems, very small and local decoration, traditional homemade food, lovely prices and generous portions. I heard local people were like regular clients…i already knew i was going to order the spatzles and were really tasty, with small salad as a side

Sausages were nice but you can give the creme brulee a miss.
