Es wäre super nice, wenn das Essen etwas mehr im Geschmack variieren würde. Damit meine ich nicht, dass es nicht gut gewürzt ist, sondern vielmehr, dass man das Essen mit unterschiedlichen Gewürzen oder einfach auch Soßen deutlich aufregender machen und dadurch nochmal verfeinern könnte. Verschiedene Geschmäcker und Konsistenzen bereichern das Esserlebnis.Die Gerichte sind schon gut, aber ich denke Variation durch Gewürze, oder auch das Essen so zu gestalten, als dass es vielleicht aus mehreren Zutaten bzw. Bestandteilen besteht, wäre einfach next level.
Ich bin gespannt auf das Restaurant, und werde sicherlich mal wieder bei euch einkehren, wenn ich in Nürnberg bin. Danke für den netten Abend und das Essen, ich wünsche dir und deiner Familie nur das Beste.
