I absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. The gym and pool stayed open until 11pm which I thought was great as we always were out late and still had time for a quick dip in the pool once we were back. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces and always willing to go the extra mile.

The room was really spacious and had a lovely bathroom. The room and commercial areas were really clean too.

The room had a self catering kitchen installed which was great as it meant we were able to buy food/drinks and keep them refrigerated as well as cook if we wanted to.

Shower was big which was nice. The AC was good but could have been colder as the weekend we were there it was really hot.

Downstairs they had a bar which was closed for the duration of our stay (we asked about this and they said that the bartender was on holiday that week but if we needed anything and they had staff available they would try and make us a quick drink, or we could buy drinks from the snack bar). On two occasions we asked the reception staff if they could run over to the bar to make us a quick drink and they were happy too which was really nice. Again making us feel like they were going that extra mile.

Snack bar was a bit pricey but not too bad. Nice to have if you get back late and shops are closed. They also sell frozen pizzas for you too cook in your room which is a nice touch.

Overall I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Staff were amazing, great clean facilities that were never too busy and great service. Reception could call you a taxi within minutes and the location was fairly central which was good as we never had to walk very far to find a nice restaurant or to see something pretty.

Would definitely recommend.

Liked this hotel much. Everything we needed. Good underground garage to park. The room was really spacious. There was even washing machinen. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Room was nice, good size and well appointed. Cleaning was a bit carefree. Staff at reception and in breakfast room were very good - welcoming and helpful. Location is good for centre of Nuremberg and in easy walking distance from the main station. It was a second visit for us to Nurmerberg, we spent six nights in Nuremberg this time and used it to see surrounding towns of Bamburg, Wurzberg and Regensberg. All very interesting and pretty.

Absolutely excellent! 5 stars! We arrived early and room was ready, car parked underneath and receptionist was so friendly from the moment we called the intercom. Rooms are spacious and absolutely everything you need is there. Laundry, cooking, WI-FI without complicated password and even a dishwasher. Location 5stars yet not noisy. Really highly recommended.

Nice rooms, however no restaurant and bar was closed 3 of the 6 nights.. would stop elsewhere in future..

Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed. Rooftop terrace is a great place to hangout and drink. Great central location Really love this place and would certainly recommend. Only problem is parking is a bit cramped with a low ceiling, but at least they have private parking in the middle of the city.
