Den Store kann ich nicht empfehlen. Dort arbeiten leider Angestellte, die sich nicht mit ihren Produkten auskennen. Ich erwarte Sachkenntnis und Materialkunde. Beides ist leider nicht gegeben. Mit Kistenschiebern, welche nur die Kartons aus dem Lager holen, ist mir nicht geholfen. Dann kann ich genauso gut die Produkte im Internet kaufen, zumal dort bessere Preise aufgerufen werden. Die Kaufmannschaft aus Münster muss sich nicht wundern, wenn die Kunden ins Internet abwandern. Mit den Preisen können die Geschäfte nicht konkurrieren, aber leider fehlen auch noch die Fachkenntnisse bei den Mitarbeitern!!! Mit einer vernünftigen Beratung könnte zumindest versucht werden, Kunden zu gewinnen. Aber scheinbar besteht daran kein Interesse. Lieber wird über das geänderte Kaufverhalten der Kunden gejammert!
