One of my favorite hotels I have stayed stayed in! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions and local events around Muenster. Traveling with a large family is never easy but the hotel and staff have been more than understand and accommodating.
We particularly enjoyed the lobby bar, which served a multitude of delicious beverages. The bike rentals were also extremely convenient in exploring the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The fully equipped kitchenette is also a hidden treasure especially when doing extended stays with a large family. I highly recommend this hotel to any one traveling or vising Muenster.

I stayed overnight in a double room on account of a meeting I was attending in Münster. A colleague and I booked two rooms the previous day based on the hotel's proximity to the city center and reviews. However, I was still surprised by the quality of the hotel in comparison to the price (around 80 euros excluding breakfast). The room was spacious and clean with great attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Two points that pushed my rating to five stars: the option to rent a bike for a day and a complimentary drink upon arrival. The downside is that the room in which I was could be said to be a bit noisy (street noise) but that didn't keep me from having a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Very well priced room. Extremely helpful staff. Really enjoyed my short stay. I would recommend to any overseas visitor. Plus the nice guy in the bar kept making me coffee in the night because I was thirsty. (I loved that guy!)

Keep up the good work, and if I'm coming to Berlin again, I'll definitely drop in.

My overall impression was good. The food is a bit bad, But the room service is Great. They serve nice and generous. I would may go to this hotel once more If you will ask me. There are some better ones but for this price this one is the best.

Complete disaster. This in NOT a four star hotel for sure. It's located in three separate not connected oldtime buildings and when you finally find out you have already paid in advance following their request. There's no restaurant at all. All nearby restaurants do not accept card payment. Poor breakfast located in main building so you have to wear a jacket and everything to go outside in the morning. Poor parking area. Do not recommend.

Long story short, we were deserted in Munster by DB trains and Europa was the only hotel open. Their rooms were really nice and their front desk staffer was exceptional (genuinely a good person)
