The gym interesting concept of training style (Using Functional traning to move better) will help you to see sport from anew angle!
As a bodybuilder the gym helped me a lot to have more flexibility in different parts of my body.The years of bodybuilding traning which I did made me unfortunately less flexibil in my chest and shoulder area. After the first appointment I was supprised that’s auch traning would work for an old school gym freak :D
My next appointment is next Saturday 28.07.18, will keep you all updates with the results.
