You feel welcome from the moment you enter the door. Nice rooms with a personal touch. Great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit u0026 vitamins to start your day. Lovely backyard to have some quite time before you explore the city.

Nice hotel with big and clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is 8,50 euro but is worth the price.

Nice place for a short stay in the city. My room was just by the street but it was quiet. Strange shape but with a big window so we had a lot of light and big city view. Very clean and practical. Although it is a great place it has a few disadvantages. There is no parking and you have to find a place on nearby streets, what is not easy. There is no 24 hour reception. And finally it is quite expensive but it's with all Münster hotels.

Unpleasant experience. I would say you get what you pay for but you really get less for this stay at rather medium price range. I was really disappointed especially compared to similar places in this price segment. Room service entered the room at 9 in the morning regardless of the "do not disturb" sign. An hour later two middle-aged men where outside my window on 2nd floor staring into my room while cleaning the windows. A prior info about this would have been kind. Carpet floor filthy and oily fingerprints on bathroom fittings. Staff is friendly but I got mixed reactions on feedback..

Room was pretty much as expected for budget hotel but breakfast really has room for improvement (most of all too little seating space and slow refilling of food by staff)

Horrible front desk experience, girl gave me someone else's room... walked in and it was just embarrassing..
45 mins to check in is just shocking.
Room walls are extra thin, going crazy listening to other people shout. Id not stay again.
Ibis would be better.
