Fabulous way to start the weekend with a 5km run (or walk) on Saturday mornings at 9.00. Great atmosphere and excellent way to make new friends, not least for those new to Munich or visiting as a tourist.

Our first parkrun abroad and what a lovely bunch! Incredibly welcoming group and we were even offered some delicious cake and grapes at the end.
Quite a pretty route doing 2 laps of the lake and not top hilly either, with a real mix of speeds between participants, and joining in is completely free.
Hopefully this parkrun will continue to grow and get more people involved.

Set in a tree lined park, 2 lapper round a lake with 2 short climbs each lap. Mainly gravel paths. Easy 10 min walk from Metro.
