Was not customer friendly. Had to travel a total of 5hours to see an already sold car. Sent a mail on Wednesday to visit the car on Saturday and got the confirmation mail to visit the car. But no one informed that the car was already sold and I traveled to see nothing. Very poor customer communication.
Later had a talk with the customer Service Person, he keeps on saying the same thing that it's not his fault. When in person he said they can do a travel reimbursment but later on in phone he never accepted that . Lastly he said after speaking for 30 min it's my fault and completly not his fault. I had no time to discuss with him further and ended the call.
