We had a wonderful dinner with friends. Our little party included our dog. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the restaurant is really well setup with plenty of space between the tables. We had a variety of traditional pasta dishes and they were all very delicious. The Tiramisu with Almond biscuits was different and very tasty.
What makes this place unique is the owner - he is a true original. We had plenty lighthearted banter throughout our visit, making it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. It is rare these days that the owner takes the time to engage with customers, and we very much appreciated it.
One note regarding the reviews that stated they did not get a table in a half-empty place: several groups of walk-in guests were sent away while we were there, always with the explanation the the small restaurant crew would not be able to properly take care of them with the amount of guests already present. As a guest, I appreciate that the focus on the customers having dinner is more important than making more money, and potentially everyone having a less than desirable experience.

Amazing ambience, food, behavior and service. This was my first time dining inside a restaurant, since the lockdown (and coming to Munich) and I was thoroughly pleased. Went there with my friends; we ordered the grilled salmon, pasta aglio e olio, pizza margherita, chocolate mousse and the tiramisu. The highlight for me was the pasta aglio e olio, very authentically prepared and delicious. The grilled salmon was also really delightful and so were the deserts. The pizza could have been better but we were quite late in reaching the restaurant and this could be a possible reason for the imperfection. No problems in communicating in English whatsoever, very easy to locate and a great place to have a dinner with loved ones. No wonder it's Numero Uno in Trip Advisor's list of best Italian restaurants in Munich. Highly recommend.

Amazing family run Italian restaurant with a very authentic vibe. Fausto from Verona is an amazing host, with a genuine Italian spirit. Great food, great atmosphere, great experience. Will definitely go again!

Great meal and felt very welcomed. We had a pasta with salmon with lobster sauce and orechetti sausage ragu. We both thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The owners were so friendly and after finding out we were Australian they were so engaged. Had a great night. Beware they are golf nuts!!

Excellent Italian food. Great atmosphere, personal service. Wish we could go back, but we're on a once-in-a-lifetime trip and live 5000 miles away.

The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The owner invited us to get out just because we politely asked if it was possible to change to a table to the other side of the room. He said that the other side is only for those who had a reservation for a long time. That's curious because we have been trying for a long time to book a table and when they finally have a place for us, they told us that we just need to call two days before and that's what we did. When I said this to him the reaction was immediately kicked us out. What a shame for him and his clients.
