A complete disaster
I booked in two different periods, one through booking and the other through my company. The first time I arrived they did not have my reservation because, despite having called to notify, I arrived a day later and they deleted me. The surprise was when I went the second period, in which I ARRIVED THE AGREED DAY, WITH RESERVATION AND PAID ROOM and they didn't have my reservation either. I had to pay for the two stays there, with my card, and in the case of the second reservation, WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID, they charged me twice for the room. Nobody picks up the phone to give explanations. I travel a lot for work and I have NEVER seen such a big disaster in the management of a hotel.
Then, the hotel is not good at all: uncomfortable beds and pillows, no restaurant, they entered my room when I was inside, the wifi did not work...
Better go somewhere else.
