Decent hotel for the price. We were family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed 1 night as we were passing through Munich. Good for 1 or 2 day stay. Staff very friendly.

My family and I always stay at this hotel on our way to Italy and again when we return to England. Hotel personal are always friendly and very accommodating. We love this hotel, hence the reason why we always stay here. In fact we only stay at Bu0026B hotels. Thank you.

I liked the breakfast, self-check-in and complimentary underground parking. Otherwise, this is a decent budget hotel, reasonably close to where we needed and to the U-Bahn. The surroundings are rather industrial so not necessarily a place for an evening stroll for most.

Its cheap in the middle of the city, we stayed in other bu0026b hotel in essen was clean and acceptable but this was is very dirty i had to get the cleaning staff and vacuum by myself, too dusty my allergies worsened, its budget so am not expecting much however they lied about the air conditioning being u under maintenance and they actually control it centrally so it doesn’t cool and save some money which am being charged for! Now that is unacceptable and had ruined my vacation since it was kind of a hotter weather! No parkings inside as they have fee only so its always full and when i called they said yes we have parking which is a lie .. as you will have to park outside as I did for a week… will never stay there again i Dont recommend unless you have no issues with hygiene or being sweaty

Extremely (gay) friendly and open staff, they were always helpful and kind
Our room was small but definitely big enough and great for the very affordable price
Online check in was very comfortable
Despite being a bit further out you’ll reach anything within no time with the metro

Clean, well equipped hotel. A big plus is the underground garage! Nice and pleasant stay.
