If you know what you will buy it's okay. However to ask something is really hard, Literally, you can't find someone who can help you and most of them are really rude, they don't care if you need help or not. Once you find something, s/he just say their exchange time, so they don't help, and they don't find another person to help you. They are really poor in a matter of workers. You can find everything that are you looking for at a good price, but only if you know exactly what you wanna buy. Besides that, it's really disappointed.

I like the store, they have great variety, but I just saw the most stupid thing when looking for running shoes: they don’t have prices at the shoes, for every one you want to know the price, you have to ask one of the very few employees. This made me do one thing: get out of the store and not coming back for that.

Nice big store with a lot variety for many different sports. Staff is very friendly and tries to help. Unfortunately there are too few people working there and if you need someone for advice you have to wait very long. If you have an issue with something you bought you have to wait even longer. Personally I recommend visiting Sport Schuster at Marienplatz instead.

A very good sports equipment, clothing and accessories store! It is pretty huge...spread over 3 storeys and has almost all the gear for most of the popular sports one could need. We shopped for fitness stuff and were very satisfied with the quality. Indeed it is a little expensive but the stuff looks long lasting. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for sports gear and equipment.

Horrible service at the Erdgeschoss, next to the "RUN" area. A middle aged lady (only staff woman, midday Saturday) just refused to look for a pair of sneakers for me. She stood around with a customer like a personal assistant and refused to help. I sat on a chair, now physically tired of waiting until she became available (all the staff in the area looked unreachable, distracted and minding their own business) and, having empty seats around she rudely rushed towards my direction and told me to leave so her customer could try her sneakers. A horrible experience from start to finish. I heard another customer being exhausted too and she just made cocky remarks.
Control your staff. This woman scares customers away and clearly hates people. After 20 minutes of waiting I just left and gave my money to another store meters away.

Giving it 4 stars cause i didn't figure out the proper way to pay for parking, payment machine is located next to the exit on the ground floor, i parked on -2 floor, so basically thought that it would be convenient to pay on my way out. However the machine itself is located to the side, so you literally have to park your car, and go to pay for parking. There is very little space there so I basically blocked other people from the exit...
