Everything is super clean, everyone is super kind. It’s just such an enjoyable experience to come here, they are also very English friendly to all the expats like me :)

Love this gym. Super friendly, large array of equipment, trainers are absolute experts and a great sauna area to relax in.

This seems to be the perfect gym for me.✔????%
It has style, mostly good air quality ???? and is almost never crowded. In addition to the yoga and spa area ???? you can even relax ???? during the workout breaks.
The staff is competent and friendly. Also the members are nice to each other.

We are South Africans who recently had to move to Germany for work. After a horrible experience at McFit we finally decided to upgrade to a fitness studio which is more appropriate for young professionals.
Despite being on the more expensive side, we decided to join Sports u0026 Health and we could not be happier!
Signing up was a painless process...the staff is extremely helpful!
We work out mornings between 6am and 8am and I never feel like the gym is too full. I never had to wait for a weight or bench and never have people waiting for me to finish.
The studio is extremely clean and the changing rooms and wellness area is exactly what you would need to make your visit more enjoyable!
My wife regularly attends the workout classes and has also recently started yoga at the studio! She could not be happier!

There are little things which I would do differently in the weights area but nothing that would ruin your workout!
Overall we are extremely happy with this studio and despite it being expensive, we still feel it deserves 5 stars!

Cleanest gym. Friendliest staff. Hottest sauna. Unpretentious members. Love the equipment.

Visit Munich from time-to-time, and this is my gym of choice. Attentive staff always friendly and instructive. Entire facility spotless from gym, to locker, to sauna. Members not pretentious, and I am a huge fan of the dry sauna which is the hottest I have found at a gym.

6 stars would be more appropriate in this case. Best gym i have seen not only in Munich. Very clean, huge variety of equipment and classes spread out over 3 stories including a yoga studio.
The entiere experience well rounded off with always friendly and yet competent staff.
Big shout out to the owner who is always personally involved in maintaining the high level of member satisfaction.
For me this is the place to go to in Munich!

Great staff u0026 service. Excellent equipment. Beautiful spa area - love the tea ;) great cardio u0026 weight areas. Diverse classes. Good equipped functional area. Their own yoga studio offers a large number of different yoga classes on a daily basis.
Love that they also offer nutrition coaching.
Everything you need for a healthy lifestyle if you're done with large gym chains u0026 wanna enjoy a more exclusive and still open minded atmosphere.
