I ordered there 17 times. Always through their website. At the beginning it was all good and fast. Slowly but surely the waiting time got longer and longer and food I got was colder and colder and now I am here writing this review while waiting already 1,5h for my burger (still not there). I payed and they confirmed the order so it should be ok. I guess this was the last time, bye buben - you were once good burger house, you wont be missed.

Edit: 2h50min waiting time. Apparently the ppl that were suppose to take my order left the shift earlier than they should. They promised to fix this. I will update this comment maybe in the future to see if they keep their promisses.

wanted to try it once. But unfortunately my order was never delivered. It is even more unfortunate that I paid with paypal in advance. Since four weeks I have been trying to get my money back. But no response to emails, phone is rarely picked up (2 out of 9 times) and if it is picked up somebody just says that the responsible person is not here and he can not help...

So last time they promised some extras when I was waiting almost 3 hours for the burgers. After giving them a second chance, as an extra, they forgot to put fries in one of my ordered burgers.

Good burgers, fairly diverse menu. I'm not sure the beef was actually organic, but, judging by the shipping crates, it did appear to be fresh from Australia. The wait staff seemed to speak German as a second language, but not English. Luckily for me, the menu had lots of pictures.

But the chef was very nice and put a lot of effort into the preparation. His recommendations were all a good decision, he definitely knew what he was talking about. Anscheinend haben Burger Buben einen neuen Koch, der Burger war sehr lecker, da ich meinen Burger abgeholt habe kann ich nichts zu der Lieferung sagen. Der Koch war aber sehr nett und hat sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Zubereitung gegeben. Seine Empfehlungen waren alle eine gute Entscheidung, er wusste definitiv wovon er spricht. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann jedem nur empfehlen auch mal persönlich vorbei zu gehen. Weiter so Burger Buben ????????
