Yes, Bavarian to the extreme. Their asparagus menu is the most German thing I've seen in a while. I had the Vogel fluid or something, very nice lightly fried chicken. Would recommend to all who want something local and not too touristy. Nice service as well.

Wow! How have I not been here sooner!? It was like an gourmet Bavarian experience. The food was amazing and I cant wait to try the other dishes. Kids friendly, good food and super friendly service u003d full stars in my book. I'll be back soon. :)

Great traditional feeling German restaurant and bar, with some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in Munich. The staff spoke English to the English speakers and gave us English menus. The food was great and there are even vegan options. Would definitely recommend this place!

Cozy place, very kind staff. Food is local, fresh and veeeeery tasty.

It is definitely not a fancy place, more of a bar, but the food is great and I would definitely come again if in proximity ????

Located slightly off the beaten path is this gem serving up Bavarian food with an authentic friendly German atmosphere.

Theres no english menu but i think that adds to the authenticity as the crowd is mostly local. Regardless, our friendly waiter helpfully recommended dishes for us including a mixed starter plater and the 36hour slow cooked pork belly (a must).

Very friendly staff, the service is very fast. I had an amazing vegan hotdog and of course, delicious beer. Good music
