I stayed two nights in this hotel during my short visit to Munich, Germany. Found this on Booking.com and made a prior paid reservation in advance. Hotel check-in really smooth with less documentation. Room facilities was very good than I expected. Had a balcony as well. Located in a very convenient easy to find place. Even it is little away from MünchenHbf S bhan and a Bus service is available frequently to bring you to the city.
Breakfast is available and the buffet was very good and worth for the price I paid. Breakfast had multiple food items, hot and cold beverages etc. Hotel owner is very friendly and supportive. Highly Recommend.

The price is very reasonable for a hotel. However, notice the furniture is old but the hotel itself is clean and I did not see any sanitary issues. There is no real minibar so be prepared to have your own snacks, however it is not necessary a problem since the concept is to be affordable. The guest balkonies are combined so watch out for the novice if the hotel is full. Overall positive experience. Use bus from the station since the way to the hotel is quite hike. I would recommend eating dinner elsewhere.

Seibel's Park Hotel was the worst experience I had until today. The owner/receptor was extremely rude and unfriendly, she didn't even apologise about the room being dirty, the mattresses being old and destroyed and the head of the shower barely working.
At 8.30 in the morning the cleaning lady came into our room - just unlocked the door and came in. The check out hour was at 11.00.
On the balcony there was a dead bird.
You can't use the elevator after 22.00, because the receptionist is locking it in the ground floor.
Don't go in this hotel.

We stayed here to be near friends while in Munich. It's an older hotel about 25 minutes from the city center by subway. We found our room clean and comfortable for our short stay. There is a nice restaurant on the site where we truly enjoyed our dinner. If arriving in Munich by train, get off at Muchen-Pasing (or Pasing) then take bus 160 to Avenariusplatz (10 min). We had a Bayern ticket which gave us a lot of flexibility with transportation around Munich.

The room deco is outdated and are mostly furnished with garden furnitures.. but what was more interesting is tat they switch off d lift at 11pm.. we had to carry our Kinderwagen via stairs for all 3 floors.. I was just thinking wat would hav happened if some in wheelchairs returns after 11..
only positive thing: Bus stop is just in front of hotel and in 3mins it takes u to Pasing Bf, price is cheap
