Processing of (large) orders takes way too long. Human staff would be much faster.

Love the concept and they should roll this out to the US due to lack of boutiques here.
The implementation is lacking. Each time I have gone to use this, there is something wrong; no bags, one side not working, low coffee inventory, payment cannot be processed, etc...

I have now been here twice in the past month and it has worked flawlessly! Still not 5 stars as finding in the maze that is this station can be a task.

System dead u0026 how to find it: Very nice idea but both systems were dead.
It's on the opposite side of a pharmacy in a long passage, so look for this one on the maps and you'll find it quite easy.

I didn't get my coffee from that one coz right machine didn't have any coffee and I couldnot see any phone number to call? So I had to use the lift one after I spend 20e in right one

It is across of the "Central Apotheke" in the "Sonnepassage" section. Look for 14 on the map inside the mall, it's across from there.
