Best gym I have ever been in Munich ???????????????? ????????u200d♀️ Machines and equipments are new and clean, it’s very spacious and lots of options available for a great workout experience.

Spa area and pool is also awesome.. There are steam bath, sauna, heated rooms, solarium options available.

Easily accessible by train or tram and located in a very art dense environment.

Highly recommended..

They really need someone able to read and write at the desk. For two months we tried four times to provide them with the correct ID info. Unfortunately, every time they misspelled something when copying the form, which lead to constant blocking of our access (also, they don't send emails but exclusively letters, which is just weird).

We sent an email with the information, neatly written, which they inevitably managed to fail to understand, at this point on purpose. Is it due to us not being German?

All we want to do is to go to the gym, and to pay by direct credit. Both actions are impossible due to the inability of the staff to copy words from an email into their CRM. We already wasted two months and we will most probably try somewhere else.

The place, when accessible, is fantastic.

Really nice gym and friendly/helpful staff. Only thing that would make it better is more consistent class schedule. For example if you want to do yoga or HIIT or Pilates or dance or cycling (take ur pick) at the same time everyday it's not possible because the schedule is not very consistent in that manner. Most people are trying to keep a routine when they exercise and this is not possible with the class schedule.

Best swimming pool in gym I have been in Munich so far! Check-In/Check-Out sometime are unorganized. You need to wait a bit long during the peak time. I think, guest should have separate line, therefore regular member can get pass faster with the wristband.

In my eyes this gym is perfect, no one is 100% perfect but the employees are doing their best and eventually, maybe they will not serve you 100% perfect because of the load but don't be harsh on them, I used to work as a technical support for years and I know whatever you do, the customer in 40-60% unhappy.
The employees are perfect, the gym is clean, they are friendly, I still learn german but sometimes they help me when I speak.
The advantages way more than disadvantages so let us cheer them up and a nice word is better than gold sometimes.
The gym also has a long opening time which is a great advantage, baths are clean, the place is perfectly clean especially change room.
I would advise something also
The water dispenser is good to have.
Also if someone has a problem with crowd, they can come late after 6:00pm instead of complaining.

Very good club in an architectural gem in Munich. Good and wide offer of sports, classes and wellness.
It could be cleaner and service improved though, specially adding towels for wellness area and mats for the courses.

Unfortunately the water in the swimming pool is very dirty. Would be great, if if this improves.
Also would be great to have separate 90 degrees sauna for women and more chairs in the wellness area. It is quite packed on weekends and in the evening.
