Really good value for the area. Clean and comfortable. Free hot drinks and croissant/pretzels in the morning. The front desk clerks were both friendly too.

They do not have a night front desk staff and it will take extensive effort to get to into your room after hours if you have any sort of issue with your key.

The service here is honestly one of the best I’ve had. I rarely give good rewieves. The location is 5/5 and rooms are clean. Maybe not the most modern but for the price an absolute bargin! Would recommend!

UNMENSCHLICHE BEHANDLUNG seitens des Hotelbesitzers! Dieser ist nicht nur extrem unfreundlich, sondern belügt und beklaut einen auch noch. Zum Beispiel erfuhr ich von anderen Gästen, dass bei der Anreise eine andere Summe verlangt wurde als ursprünglich vereinbart. Des weiteren wurde die Community-Küche, welche gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten extrem wichtig ist, da es sonst tagsüber kein Essen in dem Hotel gibt, zur Bestrafung der Gäste willkürlich geschlossen. Nichts essen zu können, wenn man dort längere Zeit wohnt, ist völlig inakzeptabel! Bei der Reperatur eines Kühlschrankes in der Küche wurden ohne jegliche Vorwarung alle darin enthaltenen Lebensmittel der Gäste in den Müll geschmissen! Beschwerte man sich beim Besitzer, verhielt sich dieser nicht nur sehr unfreundlich, sondern schrie einen an, man könne ja gehen wenns einem nicht passt.
Schade eigentlich denn die Mitarbeiter hingegen sind allesamt sehr freundlich.
