Good stay- comfortable bed, great breakfast and lovely friendly people on the check in and out. Only thing was that the room was EXTREMELY hot and the fan was just blowing hot air around! I suppose was better than nothing. Came with my family - one room had a hair dryer and the other room didn't. Safes in both and a tv in both. Would probably stay again in the future if I were to ever return.

access to the rooms located at the 5th floor should be improved. also, cleanliness should be improved.
the rooms are small and crowded with beds. the price is very high for what the hotel is offering.

The front desk person was rude, racist and offensive. Would not recommend. Room is the poorest quality for the money we were paying.

Very good hotel for this price. Very friendly people at the desk. The entrance may seem small but don’t forget its an Inn that is why. But hotel itself is fully satisfactory, nice clean rooms, bathroom with clean towels. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of options. Fully satisfied:)

Very basic hotel and with out AC. The location is very good and within the walking distance from the central station and subway. No complaints.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the location was convenient.

Terrible hotel! Don’t stay there! The front desk guy was very rude and behave badly with my friend who is visiting Munich for the first time!
