I have left a comment 9 months ago but didn't get any feedback from hotel about this unreasonable charge, I just found hotel replied some comments but skipped mine. so I wanna say again.
last October, I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, there was no complain about room because the rate is reasonable. But I spent 30 minutes to wait in front desk for check out in the morning (8am)because
there was no one there and then spent another 20 minutes to argue with a staff who was trying to charge us a extra fee of breakfasts that we never ever had, just because she said there was a record in computer, and we didn't request or have any meals there, tho eventually I didn't pay any extra fees but I still feel uncomfortable. especially hotel skips my comment in Google, just would like to remind the travelers , pay attention on the bill when check out from this hotel.
