I love Mrs. Sporty - I go regularly 2x a week and am really motivated by the trainers. They actually know my name and I am more than a number. The excercises are easy enough and it doesn't take much time. Plus, you get out of it what you put in - so if you're not feeling so hot, you can still excercise. And if you're really motivated you can know yourself out! Also, the regular check ups are really helpful for keeping you motivated!
