Good prices, amazing service. Had an issue with my Rocket espresso machine and I am living 1200km away from their shop, so got very precise and good remote support, help with diagnosing the machine using a multi meter and then a free replacement heating element sent.

Amazing customer support plus very competitive pricing; not a combination you see every day. My machine had two faulty parts and in both cases they sent me the replacement parts no questions asked. Best place to buy any coffee related stuff.

Excellent consultation for people who are interested in espresso making. I had an hour session to discuss about grinders, espresso machines, and the accessories. Their experts are very friendly and helped me to decide for the grinder based on my own use. I highly enjoyed my visit. Beside the service, they have a great variety of coffee machines and grinders, also the coffee. I cannot recommend enough to visit Moba Coffee.

Wonderful Store and Online-Shop.
Wandered into the store accidentally while visiting Munich and admired all the wonderful coffee makers. Forgot all about it until I ordered my Espresso Machine online, turns out from the same shop. Since then I also bought a nice grinder online, both transactions were great online shopping experiences u003d) Will definitely order here again

I have never been to the shop, something I plan on doing next time I will be in Munich, but I ordered online my espresso machine and several accessories and called them for advice. Everything went just perfectly, the advice was sound and helped me a lot on my way to becoming a great home barista. I am looking forward to meeting them in person and seeing this store for myself.

Last Friday we ordered our ecm machine including a grinder. Very compedative pricing. Delivery went as promised in the Netherlands. Good communication! I would recommend this webshop! Now we are enjoying a very nice expresso.
