Hotel is right in heart of city, opposite to hotel is S-bahn station which makes it super convenient for travel. Also lot of restaurants and eating outlets nearby for food options. One of best options for Bed and breakfast in Munich. Had been there a long time back, overall nice place.

Our stay at the Mons Hotel am Goetheplatz was ok. The rooms were very simple, but clean. The price was decent (€225 for three nights in a “family” room). Our room consisted of one double bed and one single bed as well as a sink and shower. The toilets were shared among the floor. The location was great for access to the underground and bus routes. The downside to the location is that it is very close to a hospital and therefore you hear many sirens through the night. There is also not Air Conditioning, so during the armed weather, which we encountered, you’re only option is to open the windows. This, of course, isn’t ideal with all the ambulance sirens.

We booked a double room, so by definition one shared bed for 2 people, but we got instead just a tween room. Not to mention that the rooms (at least the one which we had) are completely different from the photos on the internet. See real photos attached. Thanks MONS hotel for such"romantic" atmosphere!!!
Up to now in München it's worst hotel to stay for couples. Not worse 55€ per night at all.

"Hotel" is very poorly described in any booking site. Its closer to a hostel than a hotel. Nearly impossible to find from the street as it's located inside an apartment building. The rooms are tiny but clean and modern. Worth it for the price but definitely should not be called a hotel. Receptionist did not speak English so be prepared to speak German to check in.

Nice hotel in downtown Munich. Friendly staff, clean rooms, affordable rates and breakfast. Great location, very close, walking distance to downtown highlights and sightseeing. Would visit again.

The location is great, right in front of the metro entrance. Rooms are small but neat and nice. But Wifi connection was absolutely terrible. I couldn’t speak to my relatives, I even couldn’t text them normally. Not to mention the ability to work.

Walls so thin I hear everything my neighbor does, including but not limited to the TV program he was watching and him loudly snoring all night long. If you've made the mistake of booking this hotel, take my advice and buy some earplugs, too. I wish I had some right now...
