We stayed 9/28-10/1, the place is fine. We woke one morning to a broken window in the entrance door. For having its own private courtyard it is extremely loud at night. The pillows are very uncomfortable, left Munich with some significant neck pain.

Also, I am still waiting to hear back from the business about being double charged. I purchased the room through my credit card company back in June and paid right away- but I was charged an additional $500+ upon arrival. Very disappointed with this wait time.

The room was fine, small but alright. Cleaning could be better, shelves were not clean, mirror at the door also not clean. The assistant at the reception was really rude, no greetings when I checked out and I didn’t feel like staying for breakfast.

DISGUSTING SERVICE...
We can't check in as neither of details are recognised, there is no reception, been calling for half an hour, Daniel decided to show up with the most unacceptable attitude...is 9.30 pm..with nowhere to sleep after a full day of travel and work. Been told that even that the booking details looks OK, he can't find the booking in the system, hotel is fully booked and is nothing he can do. He literally walked away, we are left with nowhere to stay as hotels are now fully booked.

We are not the only ones having this issue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL,

The hotel is very nicely located. The checking in is a bit confusing if done on-line, but doable. The beds are good, the bathroom small but clean. The room is OK. The only big minor is that the breakfast is only happening if the personel has a good mood. This does not seem to be happening on a sunday often. Therefore, better book without breakfast.

Great small cozy hotel , conveniently located 20-50 min leisure walking distance from the main tourist attractions. Clean and simple, yet comfy. Rooms don’t have the fridge, if that’s something you might need. And an amazing host - very helpful and welcoming! Definitely recommend.

The whole MK experience was good and definitely above expectations (because I had read some pretty negative reviews about cleanliness, so expectations were low.) In my room, all was very clean. So thumbs up and hope to come back. To all travelers: if you are looking for a simple and good hotel in a quiet place (away from the street, a type of courtyard setting), and you don't feel like going through the usual "meet u0026 greet hotel check-in/check-out routine" - this place is for you.

Easy access, clean room. Only had a cup of tea for breakfast so could not mark breakfast. Shower could benefit from a curtain, floor gets very wet. Good night's sleep. Will be booking again in April 2017 as it is more convenient for us than Motel One.
