Relatively small cozy hotel with nice renovated rooms. Quick check-in and check-out. In room there was everything I needed on business trip (except of fridge). The only drawback was quite poor breakfast buffet (small menu and missing vegetable) and slow replenishment of empty dishes. I would expect more for 14 EUR.

Thank so much, Perlach Alle team, for the very nice stay.
I can only recommend this hotel, it’s one of the cleanest and calm hotel I’ve been on Germany.
Plus, the crew is very friendly and make you feel like in home. They are always ready to help you out in any question you might have.

Small cosy hotel, friendly staff, quiet surroundings. In the neighbourhood of subway to center of Munchen, at 15m. Next to an excellent Italian resto / pub where you also have the well served breakfast.

Good sized room, very clean but the breakfast could be a lot better.

Unfortunately the experience was not completely pleasant. Early morning work outside at 05h00 in the morning took me out of my sleep. Bugs on my bed was disturbing and warm water did not work in the shower. The Italian restaurant just next to the hotel had delicious pizza....that's a plus!

Everything was satisfactory. Clean and elegant. Only parking is too expensive .

Okay room but incompetent management ruined the experience. The bathroom smelled like urine and had some mold in the shower, but it was okay after we sprayed it down with the shower nozzle. As for the experience, we booked a room for 2 nights but unfortunately had trouble with arrival due to a medical condition and hospitalization. The purchase was non-refundable, which is understandable because it was last-minute and the manager told us they were not busy and unable to fill our room. The manager offered to change our reservation to another time because they weren't too busy, but she became irate and hostile. We decided to move the reservation to 2 nights later in the week even though we felt rather uncomfortable after the hostile phone conversation. When we arrived, we were told we would have to pay about 15 euros extra because the nights we had changed to were slightly more expensive than our original booking. That seemed fine, so we stayed in the hotel. The next day, as we were returning for our second night at 4pm, the manager on duty told us we would have to pay 68 euros, which is the full price of the room for the second night. Literally every time we talked to the staff, we received completely different information. Every time we walked in the door felt like a battle to keep our room in the hotel without being squeezed of every additional penny. On top, the staff attitudes were rather abrasive. We collected our belongings and left rather than staying our second night.
