Easy access to public transit u0026 many dining options in the area. We had a privileged, double room, so ample room for suitcases u0026 things. The room was very cozy and clean; however, the bed comfort was average. The staff was available and friendly. Amir (not sure of the spelling) was amazing. He was helpful, kind, polite, u0026 always so great to us. The bathroom is a great size except the shower was a bit small (like a cruise ship shower). We loved the daily breakfast. There were some issues with the AC, but those were handled by the staff. We were hardly in the room except at night, so we were able to open the windows to cool off. Overall, we’d stay here again when visiting Munich. It’s a lovely boutique hotel.

Appreciated the possibility to check in early without being charged. Parking nearby was easy with a permit provided by the hotel for 10 EUR. Breakfast was really nice. Had a room on the top floor where the airconditioning was not working well however.

Check in, room cleanliness, location, breakfast all great.
Unfortunately i visited on one of the warmest days in the year and the room was heated up when i arrived (outside temperatures still higher though). I turned on the ventilation (no AC) and put it to coolest setting. No change and the temperature was too warm to sleep. In the middle of i opened the window, outside was then cool and i turned off the ventilation. Next problem: my room was facing one of the busy streets in munich and starting at 5am the noise level from the street did not allow for a relaxing sleep.

Next day i asked the clerk at the reception and he told me something about security settings so it doesn't get to cold during night -u003e If that is true they need a better calibration of the system.

So, given that i only had one night and i only was there to sleep and have breakfast i give a 4/10 rating since the main reason to stay there ("sleep and recharge") was not possible, but the breakfast was ok.

Nice little hotel. Rooms are rather small though. Alright for short business trips.

For the absurd price i paid (i honestly dont care if there was a trade fair or not, as I was not there for that) the mattress was perfect, personell was ok but...the room was too small and the bathroom even smaller, the room had a lot of sign of wear, there was nothing for "self care" in the bathroom, apart from the fix shampoo and the AC is very loud. The breakfast... well it is the same as in most german hotels, this means terrible with low quality products.
