Location is good, hotel provides a lot of extra staff like free bikes! We used it all 3 days , it’s a best way to explore the city and move around ! Rooms are small but not as outdated as it’s looks on the pictures. Breakfast included . People are really nice and helpful! Especially there was 2 women who was super sweet and helpful! They been going out of they way to try to accommodate us ! Thank you!

Great hotel in the centre of Munich. Really close to everything we needed and if we had wanted to go further afield the train station was really close by.
Breakfast had a good selection, enough to fuel us for our days exploring. You can use the coffee machine in the breakfast room any time of day so we did that to get some evening hot chocolate.

Water pressure was good and bathroom was a decent size, be warned though the tiles get very slippy when wet!

Only small thing to mention is our bed was two singles pushed together. Didn't bother us at all but I'm aware some people aren't a fan. Beds were comfy though.

Would certainly stay here again if visiting Munich. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms are an adequate size and are the hotel is located perfectly to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The hotel offers a great buffet breakfast along with all day coffee - ideal after a day of sightseeing. Check in and check out was quick and efficient and all the staff we encountered were very friendly while remaining professional. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we are in Munich.

Great location. Everyone at the desk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. I will stay here next time I’m in Munich.

This hotel is worthy of much commendation. The service is excellent. Pricing is very reasonable and the location is in the city center. Issues that were of concern were delt with very fairly and generated much gratitude and respect.

Sparkling clean room. AC and elevator!
Courteous staff. Super delicious breakfast… love those Profiteroles mit Schokolade.
Uber stops right at the door. Short walk to great restaurants (…and 160 geocaching Adventure Labs)
