New update made self service machines unusable. Sincerely impressed by how much worse they actually got. Shame.

Limited seating inside but lot of seating available outside. Normally crowded with families and kids. Has automated machines for placing orders too.

I'm really disappointed, with service , quality everything.
The burger was served about 30 mins after order , while I noticed that all other order around my token are being served.
The burger bread is cold , cheese is not even melted a little and the size is really tiny , two bite is sufficient.

Not sure if this is an odd one out or may be my expectation was high compared to burger kingbin India or US.

Food is cold, burgers are small compared to normal McDonald’s, doesn’t recommend.
