Very nice place! Clean and has a variety of facilities. I loved the warm pool with whirlpool. It was very relaxing after an hour of swimming.

Wir fühlen uns als M-Fitness Kunden abgezockt

Gründe:
- Für den Saunabereich gibt es nur ein begrenztes Kontingent für Fitnessstudio-Mitglieder. Obwohl die Sauna leer ist und Kunden an der normalen Kasse noch reindürfen, hatten wir mehrmals, dass kein Sauna-Zugang mehr möglich war. Hätten wir an der Kasse nochmal bezahlt, hätten wir rein können.
Dass es nur ein begrenztes Kontingent für das Fitnessstudio gibt, steht weder im Vertrag, noch wurde das vorher kommuniziert!
Meiner Meinung nach müsste man Mitglieder, die jeden Monat im Voraus zahlen, zuerst hineinlassen und dann externe Gäste. Erst kassieren und dann die versprochene Leistung nicht erbringen geht gar nicht.
Und nein, es hat nicht mit Corona zu tun. Es gibt ja freie Plätze in der Sauna…
Man kassiert halt lieber die externen Gäste ab. Von uns hat man das Geld ja eh schon

- Seit 2gplus, und damit weniger Andrang, wird ständig der Außenbereich mit einer Sauna gesperrt. Einen Hinweis an der Kasse dazu findet man nicht. Bei nur zwei regulären Saunen ist damit nur die Hälfte in Betrieb.
Angeblich wird der Außenbereich wegen Glatteis gesperrt. Früher hat man dann einfach Matten über den Schnee gelegt. Letztens war nachmittags noch gesperrt, weil morgens Schnee lag. Nachmittags war gar keine Schneeflocke auf dem Boden erkennbar. Aber klar, das spart Kosten und Arbeit.

- In den Lockdowns wurde trotz Widerspruch der Monatsbeitrag eingezogen. Guthaben, das einem irgendwann versprochen wurde, war dann ohne Grund zu früh zu Ende. Meine Frage per Mail auf eine Auflistung des Guthabens wurde bisher nie beantwortet.

Deswegen fühle ich mich abgezockt und kann niemanden eine Mitgliedschaft empfehlen.

Von den weiteren Verfehlungen (Saunameister, der in seinem Zimmer raucht; Putzleute, die auch aktuell keine Maske tragen; vier Bademeister, die ohne Maske und Abstand zusammenstehen) will ich gar nicht erst anfangen....
