Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Good location.

However this is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The guests are loud but the STAFF are the loudest. Multiple mornings I was woken by the housekeeping staff shouting at each other in the hallways and shouting at the guests “housekeeping!” While pounding on the door, even if the do not disturb sign was up. In the evening, they even yelled into their phone while video chatting / cleaning a room. At 8 PM at night. Super unprofessional and weird. Definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

UPDATED in reply to the hotel: I called the reception to complain about noise TWICE u0026 was told I was wrong, there was no shouting. Reception was dismissive u0026 rude.

Located in the heart of the city leonardo provides best class services and hospitality. The attached restaurant is a must try for dinner if you happen to have a stay here. Sauna and fitness rooms are also available at reasonable price. Laundry room has one washing machine and one dryer.

Best location for discovering the city, easy to reach thanks to the station and subway connections, taxi and car sharing too. Very quiet room. Superb breakfast! Thanks a lot

Extremely bad experience with rude, inhospitable and impolite reception staff. There is loud construction and renovation work going on in the rooms adjacent to my stay on the same floor. I had called up the reception to check and complain about the unbearable noise and the staff was extremely nonchalant and downright rude and simply kept on repeating that this is normal working hours for renovation and he can not do anything. This was not notified to me during check-in or during booking, that the rooms would be unusable between 8AM to 5PM, which is basically the entire duration of daily business hours. Not a single word of apology was uttered and it is unbelievable that hotel staff can be so rude to guests. This when I booked 6 nights and several of my colleagues from the same company are also booked to stay here.

Unacceptable - 50 EUR a night would be too much for this run down place. Breakfast is decent (hence the 2 stars) and reception friendly but any youth hostel would be more comfortable than this.

Positive: The hotel was super close to a U-Bahn stop, so it was really easy to get into the city via public transit. It was also next to some solid restaurants if we didn't feel like going into the city for food.

I have been staying at the Hotel for well over 15 years at this stage in conjunction with my annual visit to the HIGH END Trade Messe at M.O.C. in May each year. The hotel is very near the local Silberhornstrasse U-Bahn station and this allows rapid access to all parts of the city. The hotel is very well maintained and it is very quiet, restful and an ideal place to spend a vacation in the beautiful city of Munich. I find it an ideal base for my trips to Munich. Everything about this hotel pleases me which is why I always stay there when visiting the city. I have recommended the hotel to my friends over the years and they, too, had a very pleasant experience when the stayed there. Keep up the good work!
