Old matress, almost made a hole in the middle. Toilet bowl old and cracked, toilet sink old and not very pleasant to use. The shower also was not at standard. They all must be replaced with new ones if they want to sell the hotel as a 4 star or anyhow at 90 euros per night.

Overall it's a good hotel but we had a few issues (which I hope will be fixed in the future because they were not major).

The location is superb - only a few minutes' walk from the Moosach U- and S-Bahn Station and a tram stop. From there it's easy to get to the city centre/Hauptbahnhof as well as the airport.

The staff at the reception were friendly. I did have an issue with housekeeping though - when I arrived, there was a donut in the fridge so clearly it hadn't been cleaned (the rest of the room looked spotless though). I pointed it out to the receptionist so hopefully that was a one-off.

The room was well-equpped. The mattresses were comfortable and our room had a balcony which was pretty cool. The duvet was definitely too thick considering the warm weather. Suitable for winter but not when it's 15+ degrees outside. The WiFi was very fast in our room.

The bathroom was quite average. The bathtub was leaking under the glass panel so there was water on the floor after every shower. That should definitely get fixed. The drain plug in the wash basin also kept closing when the water was running onto it so hopefully this gets fixed too.

If these issues get fixed (and I hope they wkll because they're such small but annoying things) then this hotel will easily be a 5/5 to me.

VERY BAD TREATMENT FROM THE FRONT DESK PERSONAL, A GUY ACTUALLY!
After we paid he didn’t gave us the keys from the rooms as he cancelled our reservation and we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, at 1 A.M. . The reason was because we wanted to go to sleep and we asked him nicely the keys after all the check in procedures were done.
Lying to us that he is the manager, after we told him that we want to speak with his superior.
We also called the police as he lied them also that we were agressive, which it could be seen on the cameras that it wasn’t true!
I have not experienced such a DISCRIMINATION SITUATION in any hotel all over the world!
This person should not work with people anymore!
I hope that the management of this hotel will take measures against him!
UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Everything was great and clean. Varied great breakfast. Big closet in the room and enough space for family of three.

Disrespectful and useless staff at the hotel. Dirty rooms, messy staff and very rude. They don t speak english, so they are rude to you. Never coming again here.

The room had reconstruction but the bathroom is old. Breakfast is good. Location close to olympic park.

Very good location, very good breakfast, stuff are so friendly, service good, cleaned rooms, rooms are small.
