VERY BAD TREATMENT FROM THE FRONT DESK PERSONAL, A GUY ACTUALLY!
After we paid he didn’t gave us the keys from the rooms as he cancelled our reservation and we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, at 1 A.M. . The reason was because we wanted to go to sleep and we asked him nicely the keys after all the check in procedures were done.
Lying to us that he is the manager, after we told him that we want to speak with his superior.
We also called the police as he lied them also that we were agressive, which it could be seen on the cameras that it wasn’t true!
I have not experienced such a DISCRIMINATION SITUATION in any hotel all over the world!
This person should not work with people anymore!
I hope that the management of this hotel will take measures against him!
UNACCEPTABLE !!!
