They are just awesome. I generally don't write comments but they helped us a lot. Here was the situation;
We bought a jacket from them. We really liked the product which is belong to an Italian brand. However, after 3 months a part of the jacket got a problem.. the bill, we couldn't find, and I called them and explained the situation. They said payment proof is enough with very polite, helpful way in English !!!???? that's what you don't have in Germany most of the time.
So my bf went today, they helped a lot! They also provided a gift card which they didn't have to. They are fixing the jacket in 2 days (due to Sunday break).
Thank you for your help! Great service. You deserve the money that you make ????

One of the top stores in Munchen. Very good quality of brands, clean, staff is helpful. For men and women excellent offers. I shop there for years and every year is even better.

4* for the diversity of products, but I would like for the future to have a better experience of shopping with a bit of help from an employee...there were moments when I couldn't find somebody to ask for help.
